このPJはフリッツとクラフトビールの専門店を開業サポートした事例です。DE FRITES STAANは、フリッツの本場オランダのスタイルを崩さずありのまま提供する専門店、そして京都という土地で、日本とオランダの二つの食文化をかけあわせて新しい魅力と楽しさを生み出すことを目指しています。私たちの役目はプロジェクトの進行からビジネスプランニング、デザイン、食器、商品企画開発、オペレーション構築、そしてプロジェクトのストーリーを語る上で欠かせない写真撮影までチームの一員となって汗をかき、基盤をつくりあげることでした。無事オープンを経て、今は海外、国内のお客様問わずたくさんの人に愛されるお店として発展をつづけています。
OUTLINE
This project is a case study of supporting the opening of a restaurant specializing in fritz and craft beer. We have been working with the owner from the early stages of the project, and our goal was to create a restaurant that would offer the authentic Dutch style of fritz, and to combine the two food cultures of Japan and the Netherlands in Kyoto, creating a new attraction and enjoyment. We are the first company to participate in the food and beverage business. We provide total support for those who are new to the restaurant business, including project progression and management support, business planning, design direction for interior design and promotional materials, tableware selection, product planning and development, PA staff training, and photography, which is essential to tell the story of the project. We provide total support. Since its opening, the restaurant has grown and continues to develop as a much-loved restaurant with international and domestic customers from all over the world.





世界中で食べられているフライドポテトですが、実はオランダ・ベルギーはその中でも"FRITES"という名前で国民食として愛され、まちの至る所でポテト専門店に出会うことができます。そんな”本場”のフリッツを丁寧にとどけるべく専用ポテトカッターやフライヤーを使って、美味しくなる技術とスタイルをそのまま届けることにこだわっています。生芋からアツアツで届く大ボリュームのポテトに、本場式のDIPソースやゴーダチーズをたっぷりかけて、京都のクラフトビールで昼からゴクゴク流し込む瞬間が、このお店のいちばんの魅力です。
STORY

STORY
French fries are eaten all over the world, but in Holland and Belgium, they are known as "frites" and are loved as a national dish, and you can find stores specializing in fries everywhere in town. In order to carefully deliver such "authentic" frites, we use special potato cutters and fryers, and are particular about delivering the same delicious technology and style. The best part of this restaurant is the moment when the fries arrive hot from the raw potatoes, topped with plenty of authentic DIP sauce and Gouda cheese, and poured down with Kyoto craft beer from noon onwards.
